Our ordering system is fast and efficient and you should expect off the shelf items to arrive within a few days. Should this not be possible, you will be informed.
Any communications from our customers will be answered within 2 working days except any request for a Freedom Of Information which is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
We shall constantly monitor all products and members of The New Forest Collective who are producing items to ensure they meet our high level of expectations and quality of goods.
